    the above 2 i know for sure ...

    3 - tough, because there are 2 / 3 rodents that look somewhat like this. my guess is it's either the gopher or the prairie dog.

    2 - no clue right now

    1 - i think i've got the left column connect. virgle was google's april fools day stunt for 2008. jk rowling did something similar for april fools day by announcing that she was going to write the 8th book of the HP series. the car is ford anglia from chamber of secrets.

    will post again if i can crack 1 completely or figure out 2.
